We interviewed a handful of Stone Restoration companies from Angieslist and received proposals for work we wanted done. We wanted two bathrooms with natural stone cleaned, sealed, and some repair done. Also, we wanted our granite kitchen counter top cleaned and sealed. From the interviews we conducted and proposals received, we chose Bio Tile & Grout Restoration, due to their appointment presentation, perceived knowledge of working with the stone products, other great Angieslist reviews, and their price. BioTech was not the cheapest of those interviewed,  but they’re appointment presentation, perceived knowledge of products, and other Angieslist reviews were our deciding factors. Some companies that came out just wanted to clean our stone, color our grout, and no more. We were looking to have done more than that, as Bio Tile & Grout Restoration steam-cleaned our kitchen counter and did other additional processes elsewhere. As the day neared to have the work done, we knew we chose the correct company.  Salesperson Tony Maldonado was great with communication and coordination. When the day arrived for work to be done, Technicians Jarock and Wes were promptly on time and professional. Both Jarock and Wes were very knowledgeable and conscientious. Jarock a bit more because he’s been with BioTech longer, but Wes said he had 35 years tile and grout work experience. The end results produced by both of them is amazing. Thank you Jarock and Wes. We would definitely have BioTech, Jarock, and Wes , Tony, do work for us again. We recommend to others to give Bio Tile & Grout Restoration a try. Thank you Adam Bartos !
