Tony was very thorough and very prompt with getting me the quote and replying to any emails.  He let me know exactly what to expect and what kind of results I should expect with natural stone. Everything went great!  They guys arrived a little late (they got a little lost due to my home being in an unincorporated area with house numbers that don’t go in order), but were very apologetic.  They spent close to 7 hours making sure the tile and grout were spotless.  They even tried extra hard in the hard to reach areas around the toilet, and even cleaned the tile floor in my glass shower (which wasn’t included in the cost).  The filling of the holes took time and they were careful to find all of the defects in my marble floors.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous and polite.
