"The marble counter tops in two of our four baths were diamond honed, polished to mirror gloss, and sealed. The tile and grout in our foyer and great room was cleaned and resealed. All work was done as promised and on time. It just doesn't get better than this. This is the first time we've done this kind of work since the tile and marble were installed. Though we keep an immaculate house wearing only slippers in house, and requiring all workmen to wear shoe covers, still, over time tile grout can become soiled even with weekly cleaning. These guys brought it back to new. We're very impressed and consider the money well spent. Work was done on time, and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We'd use them again in a heartbeat. Meanwhile, we've already told several of our friends about them. Adam Bartos runs a great shop!"

They even tried extra hard in the hard to reach areas around the toilet, and even cleaned the tile floor in my glass shower (which wasn't included in the cost). "We interviewed a handful of Stone Restoration companies from Angieslist and received proposals for work we wanted done. We wanted two bathrooms with natural stone cleaned, sealed, and some repair done. Also, we wanted our granite kitchen counter top cleaned and sealed. From the interviews we conducted and proposals received, we chose Bio Tile & Grout Restoration, due to their appointment presentation, perceived knowledge of working with the stone products, other great Angieslist reviews, and their price. BioTech was not the cheapest of those interviewed, but they're appointment presentation, perceived knowledge of products, and other Angieslist reviews were our deciding factors. Some companies that came out just wanted to clean our stone, color our grout, and no more. We were looking to have done more than that, as Bio Tile & Grout Restoration steam-cleaned our kitchen counter and did other additional processes elsewhere. As the day neared to have the work done, we knew we chose the correct company. Salesperson Tony Maldonado was great with communication and coordination. When the day arrived for work to be done, Technicians Jarock and Wes were promptly on time and professional. Both Jarock and Wes were very knowledgeable and conscientious. Jarock a bit more because he's been with BioTech longer, but Wes said he had 35 years tile and grout work experience. The end results produced by both of them is amazing. Thank you Jarock and Wes. The grout in our kitchen looks so nice and clean - almost back to how it looked when we first installed 10 years ago.They got stains out on our light tile that I thought would just be a fact of life. After drying some of the grout they replaced in the bathroom shrunk and it was clear that we needed it fixed. It was just a small amount and only on a few tiles. Their rep got back to me right away and we arranged for our schedules, they came back and fixed it. One of the men they they sent in particular was very skilled and really cared about his work.
