It took a while to arrange the service but I was okay with that. I knew they were busy. They did a very good job. The grout in our kitchen looks so nice and clean – almost back to how it looked when we first installed 10 years ago.They got stains out on our light tile that I thought would just be a fact of life. After drying some of the grout they replaced in the bathroom shrunk and it was clear that we needed it fixed. It was just a small amount and only on a few tiles. Their rep got back to me right away and we arranged for our schedules, they came back and fixed it. One of the men they they sent in particular was very skilled and really cared about his work. He was very conscientious. The work he did in our shower was excellent. I will not hesitate to call them again
